| Application
for Enrolment
An
application form for enrolment can be
downloaded
or can also be requested from the Enrolment
Officer. The conditions of enrolment are
also described in the Application Form.

The
Uplands Wooden School (Grade 000) is for "potty-trained"
children aged 3 turning 4. A maximum of 32 children
are admitted. Enrolments and admissions are
done through the Uplands Prep Office. |

Participation
in School Life
Children
at Uplands Prep School are expected to participate
in all aspects of school life, its discipline
and Code of Conduct, including religious worship
and instruction. A more detailed statement of
the implications of this clause is available
on request. |

Terms
and Conditions
- School
fees are due quarterly in advance at the beginning
of each term.
- School
fees may be paid in 10 installments, without
penalty, from January to October. This condition
only applies if arrangements are made with
the Bursar's Office.

Interest,
at 2% above the prime rate, will be charged
on overdue accounts.

A
5% discount will be given for annual fees
which are paid by 31 January 2010. The discount
only applies to Fees and not to Supplementary
Levies and lunches.

Intention
to withdraw a pupil or change the status of
boarding requires a full term's notice in
writing or the equivalent fees must be paid.

Class
field trips and sport trips will be charged
on an ad hoc basis during the year.

Deposits will be refunded on the learner
leaving the school and once all school fees
and levies are fully paid up.
